Keepsake and Heirloom add a printed edition after you approve its content and U.S. mailing address. Standard trackable shipping to the 50 U.S. states and DC is included. The operator coordinates your paid call by email at a mutually agreed time.
Printing begins after content and address approval. We send tracking and a current delivery estimate; arrival dates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within 30 calendar days of a completed order, or an earlier agreed shipment time, we request your affirmative agreement to a delay or cancel and promptly refund. No reply is not approval. Naming Studio becomes read-only 60 days after your supplied due date.

Tell us within 14 days of complete delivery. We start with one free revision; unresolved quality or fit concerns are handled under the published refund policy and may include a partial or full refund. Non-delivery and materially off-brief work have the stronger remedies stated there. We cannot promise that both partners will agree or that you will choose a particular name.
