Performance Partner Program

Names Done Right works with relevant doulas, childbirth educators, parenting newsletters, family-focused creators, and other approved partners on a performance-only basis. There is no upfront sponsorship fee and no payment for posts, impressions, clicks, leads, or free Name Checks.

1. Commission

An approved partner earns 30% of Commissionable Revenue from an eligible order attributed to that partner’s approved referral code. At the current full-price tiers, that is $44.70 on $149, $89.70 on $299, or $179.10 on $597, assuming no discount, tax adjustment, refund, dispute, chargeback, or other exclusion.

“Commissionable Revenue” means the product price actually collected after discounts, credits, and partial refunds, excluding taxes, shipping, refunded amounts, chargebacks, disputed amounts, and fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Ordinary Stripe processing fees do not reduce this basis.

2. Approval and attribution

Participation begins only after Names Done Right confirms the partner’s identity or business identity, unique public referral code, 30% rate, and effective date in writing, and the partner accepts these terms. Discovering or using a referral URL does not create a partner relationship or payment right.

The partner link uses a short public code such as https://namesdoneright.com/?ref=approved-code. The code is stored in the visitor’s active browser tab and attached to Stripe Checkout. Attribution may be lost if the visitor changes device, browser, or tab, blocks storage, removes the parameter, or later uses another valid partner link. No customer name, email, health information, or other personal data may be placed in the referral URL.

3. When commission becomes eligible

A commission moves to owner review only after Stripe reports a successful paid order, the approved code is present, the service is delivered, and 14 full days pass after delivery without a refund or unresolved dispute. Complimentary, test, zero-value, self-referred, fraudulent, refunded, disputed, or charged-back orders are not payable. A partial refund reduces Commissionable Revenue.

4. Payout and records

Eligible commissions are reconciled manually, normally once per month. Names Done Right may request legally required tax and payout information before payment. Each party is responsible for its own taxes and records. The verified Stripe order plus delivery, refund, dispute, and partner-approval records control reconciliation.

5. Required disclosure and honest promotion

Every recommendation must clearly disclose the financial relationship where people can notice it. Suggested language: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link, at no extra cost to you.” Video or audio recommendations should disclose the relationship in the content as well as the description.

Partners may share their genuine view and the public features, prices, and sample on this site. Partners may not invent experience, testimonials, customers, results, credentials, urgency, scarcity, discounts, guarantees, or earnings; imply guaranteed medical, legal, religious, cultural, or relationship outcomes; impersonate Names Done Right; send unsolicited bulk messages; buy engagement; use bots, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, misleading coupon pages, or adware; bid on the Names Done Right brand without written permission; or expose customer information.

6. Brand, independence, and termination

An approved partner receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use supplied Names Done Right links and creative for compliant promotion. The partner remains an independent business or individual, cannot bind Names Done Right, and is responsible for reviewing anything they publish, including AI-assisted drafts.

Either side may end participation prospectively by written notice. Names Done Right may suspend a code or hold disputed amounts while investigating fraud, spam, misleading promotion, missing disclosure, or another material violation. Valid commission already earned before termination remains payable after reconciliation unless voided by a refund, dispute, fraud, or a violation tied to the transaction.
